Sunday - Day 26 / 74 to go...

Spent the day pottering around the house, which was lovely as we haven't really had a weekend here & on our own since the start of February! Got a load of little jobs done which had been mounting up, and we both attacked the housework with a vengeance so now have a lovely, spring-cleaned house, which is always nice (and a bit of a rarity for us!!).

S was feeling a bit better today, was trying to get him to rest but he said he was fed up & wanted to sort the house out instead. He did finally fold early afternoon & headed back to bed, & I took some time to fiddle with some more jewellery designs for my hair & necklace for the wedding. Got a bit further this time which is good, have to have the hair bits done for my trial with the hairdresser in 2 weeks time, arg! I've only been doing it since last September but am really pleased with all my test pieces - may have to take it up as a hobby after the wedding!

Was so busy with all the bits I was doing that I quite forgot about lunch, and by the time it was finished it was almost 6, so got to have another evening feast of poppadoms, followed this time by a nut crunch (managed not to over-toast it either!) and another hot choc before heading to bed. Definitely feeling much more alive and have much more energy than in the first two weeks, and haven't had a headache either in a while, so I'm hoping the worst part is over now!

Anyway, hope everyone had a fab weekend, am off to catch up on everyone else's posts!

Good to have you back! It's great when you can fit into a previously discarded item of clothes isn't it? Well done and I'm sure you'll have a good loss. You sound really sorted about the diet which is great.

Keep it up and enjoy all the wedding related treats!!

I was just thinking this morning that I'm probably only a stone and a half away from fitting into my wedding dress! Not that I'm going to stop there but it'll be fun seeing that old friend again.. I promise I'll post the photo if I dare!

Glad you're feeling better now, the worst part is definitely behind you.

Glad you can make the poppadoms - I've failed on every attempt!

Hope you had a good weight loss at your class - you'll have to post and let us know.
