Day 2 (98 to go)

Feeling fine this morning & not hungry yet. Waiting for the hunger pangs to kick in!! Started the day with another black coffee, and a pint of water. Tried the Raspberry for breakfast, is really nice! Doesn't taste powdery at all and I could even see myself drinking this one if I wasn't on the programme!

Still drinking loads of water & going to the loo, but hoping it will settle down soon as my body gets used to the extra. Opted for the Mushroom soup for lunch, was really good too! Phew, that's 6 flavours I've tried now, and only dislike one so far.

Don't feel hungry (didn't yesterday either), but it's now almost 5pm & I've been feeling really tired most of the afternoon. May be the riding last night though, as was a hard session. Vegetable soup was good, had the Vanilla hot with coffee & loads of water (600ml) before bed - was a little sweet but otherwise ok.

Managed 4 1/2 litres of water today.
