Day 8 (92 to go)

Feeling fine again today so maybe the worst has passed. Weighed & measured myself this morning - down to 14st 7.6 by my scales (that’s 8.8 since last week) & have lost a few cm everywhere (including 3cm off my waist & bust) so am really pleased :-)

Weight = 14st 7.6lb (8.8 lost)
Body Water = 40.8% (up 0.8%)
Body Fat = 43.3% (down 1.5%)

(Am a bit skeptical about the body %'s but will continue to track them for now!)

Tried to make choc blended with ice this morning - was almost there then as I went to lift it off of the base the bottom fell out so I lost the lot. Not a happy bunny I can tell you. Made another choc up just with water this time & 250ml and actually it was very nice. Made Thai Chilli 'crisps' for lunch with a little more water, which seemed to make them more crispy, though you have to spread them slightly thicker.

Also tried the Fruits of the Forest flavouring and it's actually really lovely. Thought I'd have one or 2 a day as a treat but think I may be getting addicted to it as I've now had 4. Mind you - this also means I'm onto my 8th pint already and it's not even 3pm yet - bonus!! Weird thing though, can't stop grinning & feel really happy since I've had all the drinks - hope it's not sending me hyper, always assumed it was the sugar - will have to check the additives list!!

Have posted a few times on minimins today too but will check back later - again don't want to become addicted to that, need to get my work done! Ok , I've started feeling a little spaced out - may have to watch how much flavouring I have.

Had a coffee & more water, was ok. Also stopped drinking water at 5pm and made it through till I got back from riding without needing the bathroom. Had soup before I went out, then a toffee bar when I got back. Was ok, see what everyone means about the playdoh though. Wasn't as nice as the soups or shakes but ok & a nice change to chew something. Riding was good, flatwork this week which went really well. Lots (& lots) of trotting today, but felt fab afterwards. Bed early again tonight as feeling really tired, was 9.30 when I went up & turned my light off about 10.30. This diet is really helping with my whole mission to get to bed slightly earlier, but this is getting a little bit too early!!
