Day 28 - Tuesday weigh-in

Yesterday & today haven't been too bad - work has been very busy though what with all the planning for the meetings on Thursday & Friday, so hardly getting a chance to log on, let alone post anything.

Headed off for tonight's session early this evening as the local church has a drop-in session for arranging weddings etc on a Tues evening, and I need to arrange to get my banns read here as well as at the church we're getting married in. It's a legal requirement apparently & we can't be married without it, so it's starting to stress me out a little. I tried phoning the vicar a few weeks back only to find that the number doesn't take incoming calls - how weird is that?!

Turned up at the church at just gone 6.30 (according to the website & the sign on the church, it's from 6.30 to 7.15 every Tuesday) however, the church was all locked up and not a sole around. Waited there for about 25 minutes but still no one so headed over to my LL session. I did get a different phone number to try though - I'll have to give that a go next, or failing that, turn up at the end of a service and see if I can get hold of the vicar that way. Arg, why is this so complicated!!

The LL session wasn't to bad today, was on emotional & physical hunger. She was out of more packs today - no mushroom & only 2 chicken soups left, which are my favourite two soups at the moment. :-( Tried the St Clements powder, was quite nice (not as nice as fotf but makes a change!). I only lost 2lb again this week, that's two weeks in a row. I know it's still a loss, but couldn't help being disappointed :-(

I asked the LLC why my loss seems to have slowed so much and she asked how much water I'd been drinking. I'm drinking 6.5 to 7 litres each day and she suggested that I may in fact be drinking too much water, didn't realise that was possible! She said it should be somewhere between the 4 & 6 litres. Will try cutting down to 4-5l per day this week & see if that helps - I'll also up my exercise as I'd cut back a bit last week.
