Woke up at 6.30 feeling fine - lay in bed for a short while then got up & weighed myself. Have dropped another .2 of a lb which is definitely encouraging as I'd expected to put on some after Saturday. This means according to my scales I've lost 3lb since last Tuesday morning, so I might be alright for the weigh-in tomorrow. Mind you, I'll weigh myself at 7.45 this evening with my clothes on to see if I'm below the 14st13 (fingers crossed!).
Went on the treadmill this morning for 30 mins & split it between a fast walk & a run - managed it no problem and felt great afterwards. Also drank 1 litre of water before going up to my office. Thinking about things I didn't drink anywhere near enough water on Sat & not huge amounts yesterday, so I'm hoping if I up my water intake today & get back to the 6 to 7 litre range, it'll help...
Raspberry for breakfast again, but didn't get to it till 10.30... Couldn't decide between soup & crisps with my veg pack at lunch so made 1/4 into crisps and made up the rest to 300ml of soup, which actually worked really well :-)
Forgot to say in my last post that everyone at the weekend was really supportive of me doing this diet - I'm not sure why I was so nervous telling everyone about it, I think it's because I'm having to admit I really am that overweight I suppose! It was actually quite relieving in a way, being able to just come out & say it, I was even telling them my start weight which I never thought I'd admit to! The best bit though was on Sunday morning, h2b's mum told me she could tell I'd lost weight since the previous weekend and that she could already see it in my face, which was lovely and cheered me up!
Am doing really well with the water, it's almost 4pm and I've already had 5l today, just seem to be thirsty! Am feeling a little hungry but think it's more in my head than anywhere else - thinking back to the weekend! It's getting quite hard work but I've just had a cup of coffee in an attempt to convince myself I'm not hungry. I may have to get some savory drinks from the counsellor when I go tomorrow, just so that I do have something to hand if this happens again, as it's making me feel pretty miserable at the moment!

I find the savoury drinks are really useful. I treat them like an extra soup and also, with all the water we're drinking, you can get quite cold so a savoury drink warms you up.
I know it's really tempting but you should try to start to break the habit of weighing yourself all the time. I still do but not nearly as much. The reason being that you can get quite down if you don;t see a drop for a few days which will come as you progress on the diet. If you're down then you find it harder to withstand temptation. I know at the start, seeing the lbs disappear is very motivating but in the next few weeks, maybe start to limit the weighing a bit??
Anyway, you're doing really well so keep on with it.

Thanks Lesley, have got some of the savory drinks now so will give them a try this week - I hate feeling cold & don't really like much coffee so sounds like they could be a good alternative!
Also, thank you for the comments on the weighing - I guess I have been a little obsessed with the weight-loss & tracking it, but you're right, I don't think it's going to do anything other than stress me out if I keep doing it on a daily basis!!
Thanks for all the comments, I really appreciate it!
